- Conduct vertical audits (technical, safety, quality and financial) for Ship management Companies for compliance with TMA and cost saving for the fleet as per company requirements.
- Examine Ship management Companies supply chain and purchasing activity to ensure compliance with the in house policies and procedures.
- Benchmarking assessment of individual Ship management companies for technical, quality, safety, services and financial performance in accordance with the relevant KPIs.
- Attend onboard vessels and examine her performance as per Charter Party C.P agreements and prepare relevant reports.
Human Capital and In House Training Projects
- Preparing and conducting In House Training Courses for Owners technical and non-technical staff for; better understanding of Classification and Statutory Requirements, Damage surveys, Supervision of schedule and un-schedule dockings.
- People Management In House Training Courses which will be tailor made to individual company needs. Training on hull design matters appropriate to the Owners ship type of interest
