Conversion Projects for Tankers, Bulk Carriers and Container Ships (including MPC vessels and Reefer Container Ships)

- Review of technical plans and commercial contracts for negotiation with shipyards. Monitoring progress versus project plan and conduct vertical quality audits for shipyard. Prepare shipyards assessment and selection activity. Attend meeting during pre-contact, contract and post conversion activity with shipyards.
- Conversion activity ranging from single hull VLCC, Suez-max, Afra-max, Handy-max, Panamax and Cape-size. Container ships (all sizes)
- Coordination with Design and Classification offices for full compliance with Rules and Regulations. Liaison with Flag Administrations for Statutory compliance.
. Preparation of feasibility study associated with the conversion
. Development of structural plans including reinforcement of existing structure
. Container optimization (arrangement and securing)
. Preparation of loading booklet (including intact stability and longitudinal strength)
. Deeper loading studies (increased draft)
