- Shipyards assessment report and selection process.
- Review of owners' contract and technical specifications, pre-contract negotiations with shipyards. Advice on improvements which will enhance the commercial viability of the project.
- Liaison with design company, classification plan approval departments and Flag States for compliance with classification and statutory requirements.
- Attending shipyards to conduct vertical audit for both quality and progress V built schedule and contract requirements.
- Attending Sea trials for independent performance assessment.
- Final contract negotiations as part of owner's project team.
